The challenge
Growing a business organically
Registros.com is not a client project. It is a real business, with real costs and my own money on the line. Since 2015, I have managed every aspect of the operation: the product, the website, SEO, paid campaigns, conversion, and day-to-day operations.
The goal was never to grow at any cost. It was to grow profitably and sustainably, keeping a 5–6x ROAS even as ad spend scaled up. During periods where ad spend was reduced to optimise margins, revenue held steady, proving that the organic channel could carry the business on its own.
A decade later, revenue has grown from $24k to $191k. Total ad spend across the period is $184k against roughly $1.1M in revenue.
