Building a profitable business from nothing

Flow Yo! came to us with nothing: no visual name, no brand identity, no website, no social media profiles, and not a single client. A physical space, an idea, and the drive to get started.

The challenge was not just running ads. It was building the entire digital infrastructure of a new business on a tight budget. Every euro had to be justified, and the order of execution mattered as much as the execution itself.

The goal was clear: bring in the first members fast enough for the studio to reach profitability before the budget ran out.

Months to profitability

What this case proves is not just that local advertising works on a small budget. It is that order matters: brand first, then website, then organic presence, then ads. When every piece is in place, your budget stretches much further.
